The Challenge.
Considering the many functions of their organization, ICON recognized the necessity to streamline efficiencies and increase automation into their business operations. This included optimizing data management and automating workflows in many areas including credentialing, scheduling, time-tracking, payroll, and billing.
Before engaging Troon, ICON had multiple sources of truth, requiring manual data processing and redundancy of efforts, wasting valuable company resources.

Incorporating their feedback, Troon worked to integrate each element of the designed solution seamlessly as it became available.
