Satisfaction Guarantee.

At Troon Technologies, we are confident in our ability to deliver exceptional website and software development services that meet your specific needs and exceed your expectations. To demonstrate this commitment, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on certain website and software development projects (the “Guarantee”).

The Guarantee applies only to our first engagement with a new client and has a maximum return limit of $10,000. During the Guarantee period (the “Period”), we will work diligently to ensure the project meets the agreed-upon requirements outlined in the project scope and timeline.

  1. Clearly Defined Requirements: Throughout the development process, we will maintain open communication to ensure a clear understanding of your project goals and functionalities. This will be documented in a mutually agreed-upon project scope document.
  2. Regular Reviews and Feedback: We will conduct regular progress meetings and provide opportunities for your feedback. This allows for course correction and ensures we are on the right track.
  3. Guarantee Period:The Guarantee Period is defined to include up to 30 days post launch and covers the initial engagement.
  4. Addressing Concerns:If, during the Period, you have any concerns that the project is not meeting the agreed-upon requirements, you must notify us in writing. We will then work collaboratively to address those concerns through revisions or adjustments.

Upon receiving your written notification, we will make good faith efforts to cure any deficiencies within a reasonable timeframe. This may involve additional development work or adjustments to existing functionalities.

In the unlikely event that, after our good faith efforts, we are unable to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction within the Period, you may elect to terminate the agreement for the covered services.  In such a case, we will provide a pro-rated refund based on completed and approved work. The amount refunded back to you will not exceed the amount that you have paid to date.

  • Changes to the project scope or requirements after the project agreement is finalized.
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., third-party vendor issues, data migration challenges, any delayed responses by you or your team).
  • Unforeseen technical limitations discovered during development (in such cases, we will discuss alternative solutions with you).
